Unopened items
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unopened, with the seal on the vial intact. We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting them back. The cost of sending them back is yours.
Opened vials
Each vial is sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken a vial cannot be returned, unless it is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong
If a vial arrives broken or leaking, or you received the wrong scent, email [email protected] within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift cards
You can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
